What is Lucid Dreaming?
A lucid dream is a dream during which you, while dreaming, are aware that you are dreaming and can actually direct the contents and qualities of your dreams. I believe lucid dreaming is effective in living with greater awareness, empowerment, and fulfillment in our normal waking life. Our dreams open us to the deep, hidden riches of our vast subconscious powers and wealth.
Edgar Allan Poe wrote, “All that we see or seem/Is but a dream within a dream.”
1. Becoming Aware Inside Your Dreams
The promise of this recording is an effective skill rehearsal, to build and enhance the ability to notice, to become aware and mindful, that you ARE dreaming … fully lucid within a dream.
2. Programing Your Mind For Lucid Dreaming
The promise of this recording is to program yourself to have lucid dreams. At the end You will be allowed to simply sleep, without “talking you up” or emerging you from hypnosis. You will simply invite deep sleep and lucid dreams.

3. Remembering Your Dreams
The promise of this recording is an effective exercise which will help you remember your dreams upon awakening. You will become skillful at bringing your dreams to consciousness when you wake, fully accessible for reflection and examination. Much more than an exercise; this is a powerful hypnotic trance state that will induce lucid dreaming and conscious remembering.
The first challenge to working with your dreams is to remember them.
